Karl comes from a family of builders in the North West with his family having run a building firm for over 30 years.

Karl has run his own refurbishments for many years both for resale and for his own portfolio. Alongside this Karl worked as a consultant working on projects for the NHS to help improve efficiencies and cut costs. It’s this attention to detail that Karl brings to projects for his clients, together with a contacts book throughout the North West built up over the years.
