Our Projects

On this page we list the projects that we have completed for clients.  These are all client-funded projects.   In most cases we sourced the property and carried out the refurbishment for the client who is funding the project and benefiting from the subsequent uplift in value, as well as a great yield on the cash invested.

We are only showing a handful of our completed projects because we source deals to order. You can read more about this approach here.

With all of our projects you can choose to keep the property in your portfolio or to flip for capital gain.

We source deals to order, so please get in touch if you would like to explore how these deals might work for you.

They have liaised with the Local Authority and obtained all the necessary certifications to complete the job satisfactorily.

The team have been both courteous and professional and easy to deal with and I look forward to working with them on the next project.”
